Innovation Is About Arguing, Not Brainstorming. Here’s How To Argue Productively

Opinion piece from Continuum, originally published in Fast Company.

It does kind of gloss over the need for generative thinking (not necessarily brainstorming), which I don’t think will just automatically arise out of discussion/arguing/deliberating. If brainstorming is not the best method to generate, then what are the other options.
